Lily’s Delights is a New York-based bakery founded by myself, a Jamaican and my husband, a Guyanese to recreate the rich Caribbean pastries we missed while living in the U.S. Starting in our very own dining room, we transformed cherished traditions into a family business, featuring a signature non-alcoholic black cake made with grape juice for inclusive enjoyment.
While our premium line offers traditional cakes, our standard product line offers smaller portions like cake slices, snack loaves and mini cupcakes to provide nostalgic, authentic flavors without waste. Named after our daughter, Lily’s Delights focuses on passing down culture and preserving tradition through intimate, heartfelt and homemade baking.
